ABOUT ELIZABETH

I work with individuals and couples who are outwardly capable yet internally disconnected; from their bodies, their relationships or their sense of aliveness. Many of my clients are intelligent, self-aware and functional, yet find themselves repeating patterns they understand cognitively but cannot shift in their everyday lives.

My work focuses on helping people restore coherence between their body, nervous system and everyday relational life. Rather than relying on insight alone, change happens through embodied regulation, increased capacity and how these integrate into daily life.

I am currently entering a PhD program in Clinical Psychology; deepening my academic and clinical training while continuing my private practice.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Therapeutic Practices, with formal training in anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, nutrition, and herbal medicine. This foundation allows me to work with the body as a biological system- one that holds stress, memory and adaptive patterns.

I earned my Master’s degree in Ecopsychology, which examines the relationship between the human psyche and the living world. This perspective informs my understanding that much psychological distress arises not from personal failure, but from disconnection. Disconnection from the body, environment and meaning.

My training includes somatic practitioner work, nervous system informed approaches, bodywork, yoga, and conscious intimacy practices. I have spent over a decade working directly with the body through somatic coaching and therapeutic touch, supporting clients in developing safety, presence and relational resilience.

I am currently entering a PhD program in Clinical Psychology; deepening my academic and clinical training while continuing my private practice.

I help clients build the internal conditions required for sustainable intimacy, grounded confidence and emotional resilience. The work is relational and most importantly - rooted in the body.
